TURKEY SAUSAGE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound ground turkey, dark meat
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- canola oil for cooking
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix turkey, onion, garlic and spices until well combined.
Divide mixture into 8 equal parts (about 1/4 cup each).
Make 3-inch diameter patties.
- Heat a nonstick, lightly oiled skillet over a low-medium heat.
Place sausage patties and cook about 5 minutes per side
until brown and fully cooked.
