Turkey Sausage

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix turkey, onion, garlic and spices until well combined. Divide mixture into 8 equal parts (about 1/4 cup each). Make 3-inch diameter patties.
  2. Heat a nonstick, lightly oiled skillet over a low-medium heat. Place sausage patties and cook about 5 minutes per side until brown and fully cooked.
