INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet, add shallots, peppers, celery, garlic and turkey, saute on medium for 5-10 minutes, mixing occasionally.
  2. Add tomatoes, beans, water, tomato paste and spices to the skillet, simmer for about 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, mix in the lime juice.
