QUINOA FLAKES CEREAL
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1/3 cup quinoa flakes
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 small banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 5 chopped dried apricots
- 1 tablespoon coconut palm sugar
- Add quinoa flakes to 1 cup boiling water; cook for 1 1/2 minute, stirring
frequently. Remove from heat and allow to thicken.
- Pour into a bowl, add almond milk, banana, chia seeds and hemp seeds.
Sprinkle with coconut sugar. Makes 1 serving.
