CUBED STEAK DINNER
- cubed steak (beef)
- red onion, thinly sliced
- mushrooms, sliced
- salt and pepper
- virgin olive oil for cooking
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a nonstick skillet. Add onion, mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste
and cook for about 2 minutes on medium-low. When ready, remove and put aside.
- Add additional spoon of oil to the skillet, add cubed steak and cook on medium-high for about 3 minutes per side.
Top with cooked onion and mushrooms. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
