BERRY BANANA CEREAL
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup old fashioned, rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
- 1 teaspoon coconut palm sugar (optional)
- Put oats into a small saucepan with almond milk; bring to a boil, reduce heat
and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring until thickened.
- Pour cooked oatmeal into a serving bowl, add berries, flaxseed meal
and sugar. Garnish with strawberries. Makes 1 serving.
