- 1 1/2 cups lowfat milk or rice milk
- 1/2 cup old fashioned, rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 1 small mashed banana
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- Put oats into a small nonstick saucepan, add milk and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring until thickened.
- Pour into a bowl, add banana, walnuts, flaxseed meal and blueberries.
Makes 1 serving.
