BAKED TURKEY MEATBALLS
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic-herb seasoning
- 1 shallot, minced (1/4 cup)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup almond meal (flour)
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Mix ground turkey, onion, shallot and garlic seasoning until well combined.
Make 1 1/2 inch meatballs; dip into almond-flaxseed mixture and place on
lightly oiled baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Makes about 20 meatballs.
- Serve with almond dip or honey mustard sauce.
